We are based out of 188 Pocket-E in Mayur Vihar Phase-2. This part of Delhi is a bit quieter than the main markets, but it still has its own rhythm. Stic Travels Pvt Ltd has its space here among the residential blocks. It feels more like a home than an office sometimes. We have our computers set up and shelves full of folders that we haven't sorted in a while. The sunlight comes in through the window in the morning, which is nice until it gets too hot. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we don't have to deal with long commutes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing out emails to get things organized. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all just sit around talking until it comes back on. It is a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't really have a big reception area, so if someone comes by, they usually just walk right into the middle of everything. It can be a bit messy with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. The tea man comes around twice a day, and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We just focus on getting the travel details right for whoever needs them. It is a simple life here. We don't bother with fancy brochures or expensive ads. People just know we are here.
