Our office is down in Palam Colony, in the Raj Nagar-II area. Being near the airport means there’s always a bit of a buzz around, though the noise of the planes is just something we’ve gotten used to over the years. The address is Rzf-754/5, which can be a bit tricky for delivery drivers to find the first time they come by. It’s a standard sort of building for this part of New Delhi. We have desks, some filing cabinets that are getting a bit full, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend our time looking at schedules and trying to keep everything on track. It’s a lot of coordination. The team here is small, mostly locals who live within a few kilometers. We usually start the day with a cup of chai and a quick chat about what needs to be done. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with a lobby or anything like that. We just have a door that leads right into where we work. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with papers everywhere, especially when we’re busy, but we know where everything is. The electricity goes out once in a while, so we have a backup that kicks in with a loud hum. It’s just a regular, working-class office environment where we focus on getting through the pile of work on our desks.
