Stic Travel Group is located on the first floor at TC-9/8 in New Moti Nagar. It’s a handy spot in New Delhi-110015, not too far from the main hubs but still feels like its own little neighborhood. Being on the first floor, we get a good view of the street below and the people going about their business. The office is usually humming with the sound of several computers and people talking on the phone with airlines or hotels. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the desks and cabinets filled with travel documents. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and the space reflects that—it’s lived-in and functional. There is no corporate polish here, just a group of people working hard to sort out itineraries. Sometimes a customer comes in frustrated about a cancelled trip, and we just sit down and try to figure out a new plan for them. It’s a lot of scrolling through screens and waiting on hold for answers. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon to keep us alert. The lights are a bit bright, and the air conditioning hums, but it’s our space and we are used to it. We don't use big words or fancy promises; we just look for the best way to get someone to their destination. It's a busy, everyday kind of place where we just focus on the next booking and making sure the details are right.
