Sterling Resort,Delhi As A Hotel Sales Executive.

I work as a Hotel Sales Executive for Sterling Resort, Delhi. My daily base is over at A-943 in Okhla, Phase-2. This is right in the heart of the industrial area of New Delhi and it is a very busy part of the city. Okhla has a lot of warehouses and offices, and that is where the Sterling Resort office is located. Being a sales executive means I spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people, but A-943 is where all the paperwork and planning happens. It is a standard building in Phase-2. The traffic around here can be pretty bad in the evenings, so we usually try to get our work done and head out before the roads get too blocked up with trucks. The resort itself is what we focus on selling, but the Okhla office is the hub for the sales team. It is a bit dusty outside because of all the construction and vehicles in the industrial estate, but inside the office, it is just a normal workspace. We have desks, some computers, and a few files stacked up in the corners. It is not a glamorous job, but it is steady work. We talk to travel agents and people looking for nice places to stay for their holidays. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and we have to wait, but that is just part of life in Okhla. We have a small tea stall just down the road where we go for our afternoon breaks.
