Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd

Our office is at 25-A in West Laxmi Market. If you know Delhi-51, you know it’s a very crowded area with a lot of noise and people moving around. We are Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd, but don’t expect a giant hotel building here. This is where we handle the bookings and talk to people about their travel plans. It’s a simple office on a busy street. There is always noise from the market outside—vendors shouting, rickshaw bells, and the usual city sounds. Inside, we have some old posters of nice places on the walls to make it look a bit more cheerful for the staff. We sit at our desks and spend a lot of time on the phone or checking things on the computer. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out, which makes things a bit difficult when we are trying to check dates for someone. We drink a lot of tea while we work to keep going. It’s a small space, so we all know each other well. People walk in from the market sometimes just to ask for directions or to see what we are doing. It’s not like those big corporate buildings you see in Gurgaon. We are right here in the middle of a local market. The chairs are okay, but after a long day of work, your back definitely starts to feel it. We just focus on getting people's travel dates sorted out.
