Sterling Holiday Resorts ( I ) Ltd

This office is located in the Veer Awas Apartments, specifically in building 305. We are in Dwarka Sector 18/A. It is an apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a sterile business environment. We have been operating Sterling Holiday Resorts ( I ) Ltd from this New Delhi location for quite some time. It is a bit different from the actual resorts because there are no swimming pools or palm trees here. It is just a lot of paperwork and phone calls. The apartment has a small balcony where we go to get some air when the office feels a bit cramped. The elevators in the building can be slow, so we often take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Most of the people living in Veer Awas are families, so we try to keep the noise down. We don't have a big flashy sign on the outside of the building. You just look for the room number. Inside, we have some maps on the wall and a few calendars to keep track of the days. It is a practical setup for us. We handle the bookings and the coordination stuff from right here. It is not a corporate headquarters with glass walls, just a functional space in a quiet part of Dwarka. We just come in, do the work, and head home like everyone else in the building.
