Sterling Holiday Resort

Our office is located on the second floor of building A-43 inside J.P. Garden Estate. This is over in the Parshavnath Paradise area of Mihan Nagar, which is part of Ghaziabad. If you are coming from the main road, you have to look for the estate entrance and then find our block. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the garden, though mostly we are just looking at our computer screens. The staff here spends a lot of time on the phones or typing away at emails. It’s a decent enough space, though the stairs can be a bit tiring if the lift is acting up again. Ghaziabad can get pretty dusty and hot during the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. We deal with various resort-related tasks from this office. It’s not like being at an actual holiday spot, it’s mostly just admin work and coordinating things. We have a small pantry where we make tea and chat during the short breaks we get. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad. We've got our desks set up in a way that makes sense for us. It’s a straightforward environment without any big decorations or corporate slogans on the walls. We just come in, get the paperwork sorted, and try to stay on top of the schedule. There is always something to do, but we keep it simple.
