State Express, New Delhi

West Patel Nagar is a busy place, and we are right here at O-44. If you know New Delhi, you know how the traffic gets around here, especially in the mornings. We have been operating State Express from this spot for a good while now. It is just a regular office with desks and chairs and people coming in to talk about their travel plans. Some days are quieter than others, but mostly it is phones ringing and checking schedules. We do not have fancy decorations or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we get the work done. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people walking to the market nearby. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or use the backup. We handle a lot of different things related to moving around the city or going further out. People stop by because they know where we are. It is easy to find if you look for the O block. We just try to keep everything organized so nobody gets confused about their timings. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we usually get our afternoon chai. It is not a corporate setup, just us working in this part of Delhi. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our spot at O-44 stays pretty much the same.
