At Star Telecom, we are based in Gautam Nagar 135/7. It’s a small shop filled with mobile accessories and phone boxes. Our day starts with cleaning the glass counters. We spend a lot of time helping people with their phone recharges or fixing small issues with their handsets. Gautam Nagar is a crowded place, so there is always someone walking in. We sell chargers, earphones, and screen protectors. Most of the work is behind the counter, looking at small screens or talking to customers about data plans. We don't have a corporate setup. It is just a local mobile store where you can get your phone checked. We handle a lot of cash and small change throughout the day. The shelves are packed with different brands. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait to process a recharge. We learn about new phone models as they come out, mostly because customers ask about them. We are not tech experts with degrees, but we have handled enough phones to know how they work. It’s a simple routine. We open in the morning and stay until late evening. The neighborhood knows us as the place to get a quick fix for their mobile needs. We just try to keep the most common parts and accessories in stock so nobody has to wait long. It is just a regular shop doing regular business.
