Our office is located at 782, Sector 37 in Arun Vihar, Noida. It’s a quiet residential area, which is nice because it’s not as hectic as the industrial sectors. Star India Pvt Ltd has been here for a while, and we’ve settled into the neighborhood quite well. The office is basically a house that we’ve turned into a workspace. It makes the environment feel a bit more relaxed than a standard glass building. We handle a lot of different tasks related to our operations here. There’s always someone typing away or on a conference call. We don’t have a big fancy sign out front, just a small one near the gate. The garden in the back is a nice place for us to take a break and get some fresh air. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. We have what we need to get the job done. Most of the staff comes from around Noida or East Delhi. We know the local rickshaw drivers and the shops nearby. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't talk much about our goals; we just focus on the daily tasks at hand. Whether it's sorting out schedules or dealing with administrative stuff, we just get on with it. It’s a steady pace of life here in Arun Vihar, and that suits us just fine. We like the community feel of this part of Noida.
