We are over in Kalkaji Extn, specifically at Flat No 6A in Pocket A 11. New Delhi - 19 is our area. Being in a residential pocket means it is a bit quieter than the main markets, but you still hear the usual Delhi sounds of vendors and cars. We run Star Destination Management Company from this flat. It’s not a huge office with a storefront; it’s more of a home-style setup where we handle travel arrangements. We have a few desks set up in the main room and a lot of maps and travel brochures tucked away in folders. Pocket A 11 is a decent place to be located. We know the security guards at the gate and the people who live in the other flats in 6A. When clients need to find us, we usually have to give them specific directions because the pockets in Kalkaji can get confusing for a first-timer. We spend our time looking up flights, booking hotels, and trying to figure out the best routes for people’s trips. It’s a lot of staring at screens and talking on the phone to tour operators. We don't have a big corporate culture here. It’s just a small group of us trying to make sure people get where they need to go without any drama. It's practical work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just focus on the details of the trips and making sure everything is booked.
