We are located right near the bus stand in Mangrop, which is in the Bhilwara district. Being near the bus stand means it’s always loud and there are people coming and going at all hours. Our kitchen is where everything happens. It’s a busy place with a lot of big pots and pans. We started this because we know how to cook for large groups of people. It’s not a five-star restaurant or anything like that. We just provide food for events and gatherings. Most of the time, the floor is a bit wet from cleaning and there is a smell of spices in the air. We have a small staff of local people who help with the chopping and the cleaning. It’s hard work, especially when we have a big order to get out early in the morning. We don’t have a fancy office to show people. Usually, if someone wants to talk to us, they just come to the back where we are working. We use what we have and try to make sure nobody goes away hungry. The bus stand is a good landmark for us since everyone knows where it is. Life in Bhilwara moves at its own pace, and we just keep busy with our cooking. We don't bother with fancy advertisements or anything. Our work speaks for itself when people eat the food we make for their weddings or parties. It is just what we do.
