Srilankan Airlines

Our spot is right in Okhla Village, at number 17 in the Main Market. If you know New Delhi, you know how crowded and lively this market gets. We operate out of this small space, dealing with whatever comes our way regarding Srilankan Airlines. It’s a bit of a maze getting here sometimes because of the stalls and the people, but that’s just how Okhla is. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve seen the market change quite a lot over the years. Inside, it’s pretty basic. We have our systems, some files stacked up, and a couple of ceiling fans that have seen better days. We don’t really do the whole fancy office thing. It’s more about being where the people are. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain floods the streets and everything slows down. We handle the local inquiries and the stuff that needs doing on the ground here in India. People drop in to ask questions about their trips or just to see if we are open. We keep regular hours, mostly. It gets loud outside with the vendors shouting, but we’re used to the noise. It’s a practical place for a practical job. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else in the neighborhood. It’s just us here in the heart of the village market, keeping things moving along as they should. We usually grab some tea from the corner stall when things get slow.
