Srilankan Airlines

We are located over at Block-J in Ashok Vihar, Phase-1. It’s a busy little spot in New Delhi where we handle the day-to-day stuff for the airline. Most days involve looking at flight schedules and dealing with people who are planning their trips to Sri Lanka or further out. The office is in Flat No 88, so it’s not some big glass tower, just a regular place where we get the work done. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the neighbors know us. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a ticket or a bag that didn’t show up on time. It gets a bit hectic when the phones start ringing all at once, but that is just how it goes in this business. We deal with the paperwork, the bookings, and all the little details that keep the planes moving. Sometimes it feels like there’s too much paper on the desks, but we manage to clear it by the end of the shift. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just making sure the flights are sorted out. People come by from around the neighborhood mostly. We try to keep things simple and get the answers they need without making it complicated. It's a small team here in Ashok Vihar, and we just focus on the tasks right in front of us every day. We also have to coordinate with the airport staff quite a bit, which means a lot of checking and re-checking the computer screens.
