Srilankan Airlines

Our office is sitting at D-11/B in Kailash Colony, which is a pretty well-known part of New Delhi. We have been here for a good while now, and the place has its own rhythm. It isn't one of those glass buildings you see in the newer parts of the city. It's more of a regular building where people come and go all day. The street outside can get quite loud with the traffic, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing to work. We spend our days inside at our desks, just keeping things moving for Srilankan Airlines. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, or the tea guy comes late, but we manage. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of files to go through, but we’ve made the space our own. You can see the neighborhood changing a little bit every year, new shops opening up and old ones closing. We like being in Kailash Colony because it feels more like a community than just a business district. There’s a nice park nearby where some of us go for a quick walk when the weather isn't too hot. We don’t have fancy paintings on the walls or a big reception desk. It’s just us, some chairs, and a lot of work to do. We don’t really do big meetings; we just talk across the desks to get things sorted out. It's a simple way to run an office, and it works for what we need.
