Srilankan Airlines (Stic Travels)

You can find us in Kalyani Nagar at Flat No. 202, inside Building 14 of Goodwill Enclave. It’s a nice part of Pune, and being in a residential complex like Goodwill Enclave makes it feel very grounded. We represent Srilankan Airlines through STIC Travels here. It’s not a huge airport office; it’s more of a comfortable space where we handle flight bookings and travel questions. We have a few desks set up, and there’s usually a lot of talk about destinations and ticket prices. People from around Pune come to see us when they’re planning a trip to Sri Lanka or somewhere else. We’ve been here for a while, so we know the regulars who travel often. The office is pretty straightforward—just computers, a few chairs, and a lot of travel brochures. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phones and trying to get the best routes for people. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet in the afternoon, but then the phone starts ringing again and we’re back at it. It’s a good place to work, especially with the trees and the quiet streets of Kalyani Nagar right outside. We just focus on the travel details so the passengers don't have to worry about the small stuff. It’s a simple, honest way to run a travel desk and keep things moving for everyone.
