Srilankan Airlines Ltd.

Our office is located at 3/7, West Patel Nagar in New Delhi. It is a very busy part of the city, and we are right in the middle of all that noise. Srilankan Airlines Ltd. has this spot here where we handle the local side of the business. It is not a huge airport lounge or a fancy terminal, just a functional space with some desks and computers. You can hear the traffic from the street outside most of the day. We spend our hours dealing with bookings and answering questions from people who walk in off the street. The building is an older one, like most of the structures in this part of Delhi. We try to keep things moving even when the internet is being slow or the phones will not stop ringing. It is a regular job for us. We see a lot of different people coming through the doors at 110 008. Some are just looking for a bit of information, while others have all their papers ready. We do not have a lot of frills in this office. It is a practical place for a practical airline. Working in West Patel Nagar means there is always somewhere to grab a quick snack nearby during a break. We have been at this address for a long time. It feels like a second home after so many hours spent here. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule.
