Srilankan Airlines (Gsa Stic Travels)

We are based at 15/9 in East Patel Nagar, right here in New Delhi. This office is where we handle matters for Srilankan Airlines, specifically through Gsa Stic Travels. It’s a standard commercial space in a residential-heavy neighborhood, which makes it feel a bit more grounded than being in a massive airport office. We have been here for a while, and the area is quite familiar to us now. The day starts with checking the flight updates and answering whatever queries come through the door or the phone. It’s not always a fast-paced environment, but it keeps us busy enough. We deal with ticketing and general airline inquiries. The office setup is pretty basic with just the essential equipment we need to get through the day. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but that’s just life in Delhi. We don’t have any big flashy signs, just a regular entrance that leads to our desks. Most of us have worked in travel for years, so we know how to handle the common issues that pop up. We aren't a huge team, so we all know each other well. It’s a comfortable enough place to work. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes with representing an airline. It's a steady job in a nice part of town, and we just keep at it.
