Sri Partha Gears is located at House No F/19 in Ashok Vihar Phase I. We’ve turned part of the property into a workspace for gear design and small-scale production. It’s a place where you’ll hear the hum of machinery and the sound of metal being worked. There’s usually oil on someone’s hands and blueprints spread out on the table. We’ve been around for a bit, focusing on the mechanical side of things. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s more of a place where things actually get built. We deal with cogs, wheels, and drive systems. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what all the noise is about, but we try to keep it down. Our team knows their way around a lathe. We spend a lot of time measuring things to the millimeter. If a part isn't exactly right, it doesn't leave the shop. We have a lot of old tools that still work better than the new ones. It gets hot in the summer with the machines running, but we have a few fans going. People come to us when they can't find a specific gear anywhere else. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever isn't busy at a machine. It’s honest work, and we enjoy the challenge of fixing something mechanical. Most days we are just covered in grease and focused on the next metal part.
