Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute

Being located at 1235 Kacha Bagh right in Chandni Chowk means we are in the heart of Old Delhi. There is never a quiet moment here. The streets are packed with people, rickshaws, and carts all day long. Getting to our building can be a bit of a mission if you aren't used to the crowds. We are a medical institute, so we see all kinds of people coming in with various health issues. It’s not a shiny new hospital with lots of empty space. Every corner of our building is used for something important. The waiting areas are usually full, especially when the doors first open in the morning. We try to keep things organized, but it’s a lot of work given how many people show up. The staff and doctors are always moving from one room to another. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. Most of the focus is on the patients and the treatments. Because we are in such an old part of the city, the building has a lot of character, but it also means we have to work hard to keep everything clean and running. People know us because we’ve been here a long time. We are part of the local fabric of Chandni Chowk. We don't need to do much talking about what we do. The work speaks for itself when people get better. We just stay busy and handle the daily rush.
