You can find us at D-154 in West Patel Nagar. This part of New Delhi has its own rhythm, and we are right in the middle of it. The building is an older one, so it has those high ceilings and thick walls. It stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a blessing when the sun is out. Our office space is filled with cabinets and folders because there is always a lot of recording to do. We don't have fancy glass partitions. Instead, we just have desks pushed near each other. It makes it easier to talk when we need to figure something out quickly. We use simple pens and paper as much as we use the computers. Sometimes the printer jams and we all have to take a minute to fix it together. There isn't any corporate artwork on the walls, just a few calendars and maybe a map of the local area. People walk in from the street quite often, and we try to help them out as best as we can. It’s a very local feel here. We know the guy who sells tea around the corner, and he knows exactly how we like it. The work isn't flashy, but it's important to the people who come to see us. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs day after day without any fuss or complicated rules.
