You can find us at SR Enterprises on the main road of GD Colony in Mayur Vihar Phase III. Our address is 998-A and we’ve been here since the colony started getting more populated. The shop is a basic setup where we handle various supplies and local services that people around here need. It’s not a very big place and we have to keep things very organized so we don't run out of room. Every morning we open up around nine and start by wiping down the counters because the construction nearby makes everything dusty. We have a lot of regular people from the colony who stop by for things they need. Sometimes they stay for a bit just to talk about the local news or the traffic. We don't do any big advertising or anything fancy like that. People just know we are here because of the sign we painted on the wall years ago. The lighting inside isn't the brightest, but we know where every single item is kept on the shelves. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts and then we just use a small rechargeable lamp to keep working. It gets a bit hectic in the evenings when everyone is coming back from their offices and stops by on their way home. We just take it one customer at a time and try to be helpful. It’s a quiet life mostly and we like being part of this local community in Mayur Vihar.
