S.R. Enterprises

S.R. Enterprises has its shop at 7291 on Old Rohtak Road. We are situated right near the railway bridge in the Azad Market area. It is a very noisy spot because the trains pass by quite often and the market is always full of people shouting and moving goods. Our shop is not very big and we have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling to hold all our stock. It can be hard to find things sometimes but we have a system that works for us. We spend a lot of our time lifting boxes and counting items. It’s a lot of physical labor. We have been in this location for many years and we know all the other shopkeepers around here. We usually share news and gossip over tea in the mornings before the rush starts. We don't use any high-tech equipment for our daily operations. We still use paper registers to keep track of most things because it’s what we are comfortable with. The roof leaks a little bit when it rains heavily but we just move the boxes out of the way. We are just a regular small business trying to make a living. We don't have any grand plans to expand or move to a fancy office. We like being in the middle of the market where all the action is. It feels like we are part of the city’s heart here. We just keep our heads down and work.
