Squeeze Bar & Restaurant

Squeeze Bar & Restaurant is tucked away in Gali No. 10 over in Aya Nagar Extension. It’s a lively little spot where things are usually moving pretty fast. We’ve got the kitchen staff busy with the stoves and the front area where people sit down to have a drink and a bite. The floors might have a scuff here or there, and the music is usually playing in the background to keep the mood right. Being in Phase 4 means we see a lot of the same faces from around the neighborhood. It gets quite crowded on the weekends, and that’s when it’s the most fun, even if it’s a bit chaotic for us working here. D-281 is just a normal building from the outside, but inside we try to keep things comfortable. We aren't trying to be fancy or anything like that. We just serve the food and keep the drinks cold. Sometimes a lightbulb flickers or a chair needs fixing, but that’s just how it is in a real restaurant. The guys in the back are always joking around while they prep the vegetables. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the Aya Nagar community. You can hear the sounds of the street coming through the door, reminding us where we are. We just stay busy and try to make sure everyone who walks in feels like they can relax for a bit before they go back home.
