Spring Travels

Spring Travels operates out of a flat in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. Specifically, we are at Flat No. 211, B-G-1. It’s a typical Delhi residential block, so it feels very much like a home-turned-office. We have travel brochures everywhere and the phones are always ringing with people asking about bus timings or train tickets. It’s a small space, so when more than three people are in here at once, it feels a bit crowded. We’ve been here in Paschim Vihar for a while now, and the locals know where to find us. New Delhi is always fast and loud, but inside the flat, it’s a bit more manageable most days. We have an old computer that takes a minute to start up, and a printer that sometimes jams when we are in a hurry, but we make it work. We aren't a big travel agency with a storefront on the main road. We are just here in the colony, helping people figure out where they need to go. It’s a very personal way of doing business. You sit down, have a glass of water, and we talk about your travel plans. No fancy brochures or polished sales pitches here. We just check the dates and tell you what is available. It’s a bit messy with all the papers and maps, but that is just how we like it. It feels real and honest.
