We are based over in Jeevan Park on Pankha Road. Our spot is Rz/E-63, right across from Janak Puri. It’s a busy road, so there’s always a lot of traffic and noise coming through. We handle travel stuff, mostly booking tickets and helping people plan out where they’re going. The office is pretty small and filled with brochures and old calendars. We’ve been here for a bit now, and most of the locals know where to find us if they need a flight or a train ticket sorted out. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls; it’s more like a regular neighborhood shop where you can just walk in and talk to us. Sometimes we have to wait on the phone for ages to get a booking confirmed, which can be frustrating, but that’s just the way it goes. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The area around Janak Puri is always moving, so there’s never a dull moment looking out the window. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the travel business inside and out. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around, we just want to make sure the people who come to us get their tickets without too much trouble. It’s a straightforward way to make a living and we’re happy to be part of the community here on Pankha Road. It keeps us quite busy.
