Our place is located at H.No 1291 on the second floor in Gali No 8 of Govindpuri. Govindpuri is a very crowded neighborhood in New Delhi, and Gali 8 is no different. You have to climb a narrow set of stairs to get up to our office. It’s a bit of a workout if you’re not used to it. Once you get inside, it’s a bit quieter than the street below, but you can still hear the vendors shouting their prices. We have a few rooms here that we’ve turned into our working space. There are desks everywhere and wires running across the floor for the computers. It’s not the most organized looking place, but it works for what we do. We mostly focus on travel arrangements and there’s always a lot of paperwork to sort through. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes it tough, but we have some fans going. We all sit fairly close together, so there’s a lot of chatting while we work. It’s a very casual environment. We don't have a receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually answers it. Most of the time we are busy on our laptops or talking to people about their trips. It’s a very local feel, and we’ve been in this building for quite some time now. We know the other people in the building and the shopkeepers downstairs. It’s just our daily routine in this little corner of Delhi. It gets the job done for us and our visitors.
