Spring Travels Pvt Ltd is based in Karawal Nagar, which is in the northeastern part of Delhi. Our office is at A-34, Gali No-2, in the Patel Vihar area. If you have ever been to Karawal Nagar, you know the streets can be narrow and very crowded. We are right in the middle of all that activity. Gali No-2 is where we spend our days, mostly helping people figure out how to get from one place to another. We have a small shopfront that is easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. There is always a lot of dust and noise from the construction and the rickshaws passing by outside. Inside, we have our computers and a few chairs for people to sit on while they wait. We aren't a big corporation with fancy offices in the center of the city; we are just local people working in our own neighborhood. We know the 110094 zip code very well because most of us grew up around here. When someone comes in wanting to book a trip, we just look at the screen and tell them what is available. There is no hidden meaning or special language we use. We just do the job and go home to our families. Sometimes the electricity cuts out and we have to wait for it to come back to finish a booking. It is just how life is in this part of Delhi and we handle it.
