Our office is in Pocket A-5, Flat 70, in Sector-18 Rohini. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main markets. We have been working out of this flat for a long time. There are computers and some travel brochures lying around on the tables. We spend our days looking at flights and trains for people who call us up. Most of our neighbors are just families going about their lives. Sometimes people have trouble finding the flat number because the pockets in Rohini can be confusing. We tell them to look for the landmark nearby. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a place where we sit and help people plan their trips. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait a bit. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about where we’d like to travel ourselves. It’s a small team at Spring Travels, and we’ve worked together for years. We know how the sector gets during the rains or when there's a local festival. It’s a practical way to run a business without too much overhead. We just try to be helpful when someone walks in or rings the bell. That’s what it is like most days.
