Our office is located at House No. 1312 in Sector-9, Faridabad. It is a regular house in a residential area, so it doesn't look like a typical business from the outside. We have converted the rooms into workspaces where we handle various tasks for the airline, mostly the administrative and ground-level stuff. Working out of a house gives it a much more relaxed feeling than a big office building. We have our computers set up in what used to be the living room and the bedrooms. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we need to concentrate on our work. There is a small porch out front where some of us sit during lunch to get some fresh air. We’ve been here in Faridabad for a while and we like the location because it is easy for everyone to get to. We don't have a big staff, so it is just a handful of us working together every day. Sometimes we have too much paperwork and the desks get completely buried, but we eventually sort it out. We don't have any fancy signs or big logos on the house, so you have to look for the house number to find us. It is just a practical, honest place to work. We don't use any corporate jargon here, we just focus on the tasks we have to do and try to get home on time.
