You can find us over in Dwarka, specifically at Flat-44, Pocket-3, Sector-1. It’s a residential-feeling spot, not a big airport hangar. This is where a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff happens for us. New Delhi-45 is where we call home for this office. It’s a bit away from the main hustle but that’s okay. We spend our days staring at screens and talking to people about where they need to go. It’s a lot of coordination. You wouldn't think an airline would run out of a flat in a sector, but here we are. It makes things feel a bit more personal, honestly. We have our desks set up and we just get on with it. There’s always someone coming or going. We deal with a lot of questions every day. Sometimes people are stressed about their trips and we just try to talk to them like regular human beings. We don't use a script. We just tell them what’s happening with their flights. It’s a lot of work and sometimes we stay late when things are busy. The tea lady comes by, and we take a break, then get back to the keyboards. We aren't flashy. We just want to make sure the planes keep moving and people get to see their families. It’s a plain office for a plain job. We’ve been in Dwarka for a while now and we like the pace here.
