Spicejet Reservation Executive

We are located on the first floor of B-42 in Vivek Vihar Phase-2. This is where we handle reservation tasks as executives. It's a standard office setup in Delhi-95. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just a room with desks where we manage Spicejet bookings for people. The work is mostly about answering phones and clicking through the reservation system. It can get pretty repetitive, but it’s what we do. We hear from all kinds of people, some who are excited about a holiday and others who are stressed because they need to travel for an emergency. We just listen and try to find a seat on a plane for them. There’s no fancy talk here. We just give you the flight times and the prices that are on the screen. Being on the first floor, we see the street life of Vivek Vihar every day. It’s a local operation. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise and we have to fix it, but the work doesn't stop. We aren't part of some big glassy office tower. We are right here in the neighborhood. People call us because they need a ticket, and we do our best to find one that fits their schedule. It’s a lot of checking availability and confirming payments. It’s just a normal job with normal people doing the work in a normal part of Delhi every single day.
