We’ve been here at 12 Panchsheel Marg for a while now, tucked inside with Passang Bhutia at Sikkim House. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a regular place where we get work done for Spicejet Ltd. Most days start with tea and checking the lists on our desks. Chanakyapuri is quiet compared to the rest of Delhi, which is a nice change of pace. We don't have a big sign outside that shouts at everyone walking by. It's just a desk, some old chairs, and a lot of phone calls through the day. People come in and out of Sikkim House all the time for different reasons. Sometimes the internet acts up or the courier guy is late, but that’s just how it goes in a real office. We don't try to look like those big corporate offices in Gurgaon or the main city centers. It's more about keeping things moving here. The address is easy enough to find if you know the area, right near the other state houses and embassies. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking to people on the phone. It gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once, but we make do with the space we have. There isn't much to say about the decor because it’s mostly just functional stuff. We’ve been at this spot for a bit, and the neighbors know us. It’s a plain way of working, no bells and whistles. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks that pile up on the desks.
