Spicejet Ltd

This is the Spicejet Ltd office located at 70 H.I.G in Ratanlal Nagar. It is tucked away in a residential part of Kanpur, which might seem a bit unusual if you are looking for a big airport desk. We handle a lot of the local ticketing and customer queries from this spot. It is basically just a few desks and a couple of computers where we try to help people sort out their travel plans. Kanpur is a busy place and people are always coming in asking about flights or trying to change their bookings. We are not the pilots or the flight attendants, just the people on the ground making sure the paperwork side of things is handled. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the system acts up, and we just have to ask people to wait a minute while we get it fixed. We try to keep things organized but with so many phone calls coming in, it stays pretty lively.
