Spicejet Ltd.

Our Spicejet office is located at Bg6, 84/C in Paschim Vihar. It’s a part of New Delhi that feels a bit more like a neighborhood than the city center. We aren't at the airport itself, but we handle a lot of the background stuff from this building. The office is a bit small for the number of people we have, so things get a little cramped. We have desks pushed up against the walls and a lot of cords running across the floor. Most of the day is spent dealing with ticket issues or coordinating with other departments. Paschim Vihar has plenty of places to grab a quick bite, so someone is always running out to get samosas for the group. We have a lot of regular paperwork that needs filing, and the shelves are starting to sag a bit under the weight. It’s a practical space. We don’t have marble floors or anything like that. The windows look out onto the street and we watch the seasons change through the glass. When the monsoon hits, we have to make sure the door is shut tight so the rain doesn’t blow in. It’s a steady kind of work. We know each other's families and what everyone likes to eat. We just show up at 84/C every morning and stay until the work for the day is finished.
