Our office is over in Mahavir Enclave, right on Gali No. 9 at Rz-C-24. The street is known for the Gurudwara, so it is usually a busy place with a lot of people moving around. We are based here in New Delhi and it is a typical local office where we handle the daily paperwork and phone calls. It isn't a big corporate building with glass walls, just a regular space where a few of us sit and get our work done. Most mornings start with us checking the flight details and making sure everything is ready for the day. We can hear the noise from Gurudwara Street all day long, which is just part of being in this neighborhood. The staff mostly lives in the surrounding area, so we all know the shortcuts to get here. We don’t have fancy stuff in the office, just our desks and computers. When it gets really hot or dusty outside, we just keep the windows shut and keep working. We focus on the things that need to be finished, like schedules and records. It is a practical way of working without too much fuss. We are just a group of people in a small part of the city trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to it as soon as we can.
