Spicejet Airlines

Our office is located at 236/A3 in Sector-7, Rohini. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and there’s always something going on outside our door. We handle a lot of the local airline business for people in this neighborhood. Most of our day is spent booking tickets, changing flight dates, and helping people understand their travel documents. It’s not a huge airport terminal; it’s just a small office where we try to keep everything organized. Sometimes the printer runs out of ink right when a line of people starts to form, which can be a bit stressful. We just do our best to get everyone sorted so they can get to where they’re going. The space is simple, with just enough room for a few customers to sit while they wait. We’ve been in Rohini for a while, so we recognize many of the faces that come through. It’s more personal than calling a big center. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep our energy up. The walls are a plain color, and we have a few flight posters up, but that’s about it for decor. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy lounge. We’re just here to make sure your flight details are correct and your seat is booked. It’s honest work, and we stay pretty busy from morning until we close up shop in the evening. There is always a lot of typing going on.
