You can find us at WZ-686 in Palam Colony, over in the Raj Nagar area of New Delhi. It’s a busy residential part of town, not too far from the airport really. We have our office set up here to handle various bits of work for the airline. It’s a small space, and the address is easy to find if you know the colony. We even have our phone number, 9968256896, on the door so people can call if they get lost trying to find us. Working in Palam means we are right in the middle of everything. There’s always someone shouting on the street or a motorbike zooming past our window. We spend our days dealing with various tasks, from booking issues to general inquiries. It’s not a glamorous corporate headquarters. It’s more of a local branch where we can get things done without the noise of a huge office. We have a few computers and some old chairs that have seen better days. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just take that as a sign to have a break and talk. We know the people in the shops nearby, and they know us. It’s a very human way to work. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated processes. If someone has a problem, we try to fix it right then and there. We keep things simple and honest. It’s just a group of us working hard in a small corner of Raj Nagar.
