Spicejet Airlines

We are located at 31/27-28 in West Patel Nagar. It is a busy part of New Delhi, and even though the address mentions Haryana 110008, we are firmly rooted here in this neighborhood. Spicejet Airlines has this office space for handling the ground-level stuff that people do not usually see. It’s a regular building, nothing like the big terminals you see at the airport. We have some desks, some old computers, and a lot of printed schedules pinned to the walls. The street outside is usually full of rickshaws and people walking to the market. Inside, it is just us trying to keep things moving. We drink a lot of coffee and talk about the weather or the traffic on the way in. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with tea stains on some of the desks and drawers that do not always close right. We are not trying to impress anyone with a sleek look. We just want to make sure the work gets done correctly. Sometimes the power goes out for a minute and we all just sit there until the backup kicks in. It is a very standard way of working in Delhi. We handle the emails, take the calls, and keep the records straight at 31/27-28. It is a practical setup for a team that just needs to get through the daily grind.
