Spicejet Airlines

This little spot is tucked away in Sec C 13/7059 Rajaji Puram, right here in Lucknow. It isn't a giant airport terminal, just our local office where we sort out things for Spicejet. Usually, the mornings start with a bit of cleaning up the desks and checking the computer system. Lucknow can get really hot in the summer months, so the air conditioning is always running, even if it makes a bit of a rattling sound against the wall. People walk in looking for flights or asking about their luggage issues, and we do what we can to help them out. It is a residential-feeling area, so it is not as chaotic as the main city center near the station. We have got some plastic chairs for people to wait in while we pull up their ticket details. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit, which is frustrating but that is just how it goes sometimes. We drink a lot of tea while we work to keep our energy up. The neighborhood is pretty friendly, and we often see the same faces passing by the window. We are not trying to be anything fancy or high-tech. We just work here, answer the phones, and try to make sure everyone gets their tickets printed correctly. It is a steady job for us in a nice part of Lucknow.
