You can find our office at 301 on the ground floor of Tagore Park Extension. We are right across from Model Town 1 in the 110009 area of Delhi. Even though the name on the door is well-known, this specific office feels a lot more like a local neighborhood spot. We have people from all around this part of Delhi dropping in to ask about ticket prices or to get help with their travel plans. It’s a lot different from the busy, impersonal desks you find at the airport. Here, we can actually take a bit of time to talk to people. The office is pretty straightforward. We have our desks, some computers, and a few chairs for people to sit in while we look things up. The street outside is usually full of life and noise, which we’ve grown quite used to over the years. We’ve been at this Tagore Park location for a while, and it’s a good place to be. We don’t go in for fancy corporate talk or complicated explanations. We just try to find the best options available and let people know what the situation is. It’s a practical place for those who prefer to deal with a person face-to-face rather than doing everything on a phone screen. We just come in every day, handle the questions as they come, and try to make sure everyone gets their travel sorted out without any unnecessary fuss.
