We are over on the 2nd Floor, at 116, Pocket-9 Sector-21 in Rohini. This is where Spice Ltd, or Omnia Bpo Service L.T.D as some know it, operates. New Delhi-86 can be a bit of a trek depending on where you are coming from. The office isn't anything special to look at. It's just a floor in a building among many others in Rohini. We have a lot of headsets and desks squeezed in together. It gets pretty loud when everyone is on calls at the same time. You can hear a lot of chatter and typing all day long. We have a small area to sit when we take our lunch breaks, usually just some plastic chairs. The elevators in this building sometimes take forever, so most of us just use the stairs to get to the second floor. It’s a lot of shifting schedules and people coming in for different shifts. Rohini Sector-21 is a decent spot, there are some shops nearby if you need anything. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls or a lounge area. It’s just Spice Ltd(Omnia Bpo Service L.T.D and the work we do. Some days are longer than others, especially when the call volume is high. We just try to get through the queue and do our part. It is a very plain environment but it works for what we need. People here are mostly just focused on their screens.
