Spice Jet

We are based out of the Army Boys Hostel area in Delhi Cantt. It’s a unique spot to be, surrounded by all the military buildings and the very disciplined atmosphere of the Cantonment. Our daily life involves a lot of coordination and keeping things on track for the airline. The office isn't some glass-and-steel structure; it’s a more traditional building that fits into the quiet surroundings of 110010. We see a lot of young people and staff around here, and the energy is usually quite high. Most of us take the bus or ride our scooters into work, and the roads in the Cantt are much nicer and cleaner than in other parts of the city. Inside the office, things are kept fairly simple. We have our workstations, a small area for files, and a place where we can sit and have our lunch together. It feels a bit like a community hub because of where it’s located. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or corporate meetings. Instead, we're busy with the actual tasks of the day, making sure we stay on top of the work that needs to be finished. The large trees around here make it a bit cooler in the summer, which we all really appreciate during the heatwaves. It’s just a normal workplace with people who are trying to do their jobs well without making a big fuss about it.
