Spice Jet

We’re located over at CC-28/B in Harinagar, right by the Clocktower LIG Flats. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded around the clocktower. Our place is tucked into those flats. It's not what you’d expect for an airline office. It’s more of a local hub where we handle the ground-level stuff. We have people coming in and out all day. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful if you’re carrying bags. We’ve been in this spot for a while. It’s convenient because of the shops nearby. We don't have a big shiny sign out front, just a simple one so people can find us. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our stations. There’s always someone talking on a headset. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. It’s practical. We handle bookings, changes, and questions. Harinagar is a busy place, and we feel like part of the neighborhood. Sometimes we go down to the local stalls for lunch. It’s a very normal way to work. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporate machine. We just want to get the tickets printed and the schedules sorted. It’s a lot of typing and checking dates. The lights are bright, and the room stays pretty warm in the summer, but we keep the fans going. It is a bit loud with the clocktower traffic, but we are used to it by now.
