Spice Jet

This Spice Jet office is located at Gh-13/408 in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi - 110087. We aren't at the airport, so you won't see any planes here, just a lot of computers and desks. We spend our time helping people with their travel plans and fixing issues with their tickets. Paschim Vihar is a residential area, so we get a lot of locals walking in to ask questions instead of calling the main helpline. It’s easier for them to just talk to a real person. We deal with a lot of frustrated people when flights are delayed or baggage goes missing, and we just do our best to explain what’s happening. It’s a regular office job with regular hours. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big sign out front. Most people in the blocks around here know where we are. Some days are slow and we just sit around waiting for the phone to ring, and other days it feels like we can't keep up with the work. We are just a small part of a much larger airline, but in this office, it’s just a handful of us trying to get through the day. We don't use any corporate scripts or anything like that. We just talk to people like normal and try to help them get where they need to go. It’s a simple enough way to work and it keeps us busy.
