We are over here in Uttam Nagar, specifically at 37-B in Om Vihar Phase 1/A. It’s a busy part of New Delhi and things can get pretty loud outside our doors. Most days, you’ll find us just sorting through the paperwork and handling the daily tasks that come with running an airline office. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, and the locals around here know us well enough. It isn’t a flashy setup with glass walls or anything like that. Instead, it’s just a practical space where we sit and do our jobs. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic on the main road makes it hard to hear, but we just keep going. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of folders stacked up. People come in and out, asking questions about flights or schedules, and we do what we can to answer them. It’s a lot of routine work, really. We don't have a big marketing team writing fancy things for us. It’s just us, the staff, making sure things don't fall apart. New Delhi is a fast place, but in this little corner of Om Vihar, we have our own pace. We try to stay organized even when the phones are ringing non-stop. It’s just how it goes here. We don’t pretend to be something we’re not. We are just a group of people working out of a small office in Phase 1/A.
