Spice Jet Airlines

Our office for Spice Jet is located at Rz-673/25 in Sadh Nagar-Ii, right in the Palam area. Being near the airport makes sense for us, but this specific street is very much a local neighborhood. It's a bit dusty and the roads can be quite narrow. We are in a regular building among houses and small grocery stores. It’s not the kind of place you’d expect a big airline name to be, but this is where we do our ground work. The office itself is quite plain. We have a few fans going because it gets really hot in the afternoons. There is always the sound of planes overhead, which reminds us of what we are working on. We don't have a lot of space for visitors, so it's mostly just us staff members huddled around our screens. We manage a lot of the back-end stuff from here. Sometimes the neighbors come by to complain about where someone parked their scooter, and we have to go out and move it. It’s that kind of place. We don't use big words or have fancy meetings. We just talk across the room to get things sorted. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but we have a system that works for us. We’ve been in Palam 110045 for a while and we know the shortcuts to avoid the main road traffic. We usually wrap up and head home by seven when the market gets really crowded.
