Spice Jet Airlines

We are based at A-702 Prabha Cghs, Plot No-11, which is in the New Delhi area near the 110075 zip code. It’s a residential society, so it’s not your typical airline headquarters. We work out of this unit for Spice Jet, handling administrative tasks and coordinating things that people don't usually see when they are at the airport. It’s a lot of paperwork, spreadsheets, and endless phone calls. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a very different feel than a corporate building. We have our desks set up where the living room would be. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and computers, but we make it work. Living and working in a CGHS society means we know all the security guards and the neighbors. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times there’s construction noise from a nearby flat. We don't have a big cafeteria or anything; we just bring our own lunch and eat at our desks. We aren't the pilots or the cabin crew you see on the planes. We are the ones in the background making sure the numbers add up and the schedules are followed. It’s a steady job with a lot of routine. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done to keep things moving for the airline from this little spot.
