Spice Bpo

Spice Bpo is located at House No. 319 in New Delhi. We are right here in the 110018 area of the city. It is a call center environment, so it stays pretty loud with people talking on their headsets most of the time. We have rows of desks with computers and phones. Our shifts run at all hours because the work never really stops. We are just a group of people answering calls and helping customers with whatever they need help with. It is a lot of sitting and talking, and you have to be patient. The office itself is just a regular building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it is all about the headsets and the computer screens. We take our breaks when we can and usually just grab a quick snack nearby. Working in a BPO in Delhi means you get used to the fast pace and the constant noise. We handle a lot of different types of inquiries every day. It is a job that keeps you on your toes because you never know who is going to be on the other end of the line. We have been at this House No. 319 location for some time now. We just focus on getting through the call volume and making sure we log everything correctly in the system. It is a straightforward job for us, keeping the communications going and staying on top of the queue.
