Spice Bpo

We are based on the 1st Floor, Room 1, at number 268 in Shahput Jat. New Delhi is a huge place, but Shahput Jat has its own little vibe with all the narrow lanes and small offices. Our office at Spice Bpo is quite simple and we like it that way. We don't have a lot of space, but we make it work with the desks and computers we have. Working here at the BPO means we are always on the computer or the phone, dealing with data or talking to people. It’s straightforward work that keeps us on our toes. We don't have a corporate cafeteria or anything like that; we usually just go out to the local stalls for tea or lunch. The room can get a bit stuffy in the summer when the air conditioning is struggling, but we just keep going. We are a small team and everyone knows each other’s business. There is no hierarchy here where you can't talk to the person next to you. We just focus on the tasks we are given and try to finish them by day's end. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which gives us a chance to actually talk to each other without a screen in the way. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do our work well and go home at a decent hour. It's a humble setup but it works for us.
